All sessions are held by video. We start with a free 20-minute introductory conversation to talk through what’s going on and whether this approach fits. From there, we decide together whether Applied Motivation & Performance sessions or the Advanced Motivational Restructuring track is the better starting point for you.

No. Much of my work is with people in the Bay Area’s tech and startup community, but sessions are held by video, so location isn’t a barrier.

We map the territory: what matters most to you, what you’re working toward, where things keep stalling, and how your goals, habits, and daily life fit together. It’s how we both decide whether working together makes sense, and if so, whether the Applied Motivation & Performance sessions or the Advanced Motivational Restructuring track is the right starting point for you.

The introductory evaluation is free, 20 minutes, just to see if this is a good fit. From there, Applied Motivation & Performance sessions are $175 each. Advanced Motivational Restructuring starts with a $450 onboarding phase that includes the psychometric assessment and motivational mapping, then continues at $225 per session.

See How Coaching Works for a fuller comparison, or just book the free introductory conversation and we can think it through together. If it turns out therapy is the better fit, I’ll say so. You can also take the two-minute fit check first.

No. This is an expert behavioral coaching service rooted in applied psychology, motivation research, and performance strategy. While I hold a PhD in Psychology and conducted postdoctoral research, I am not offering my services in the United States as a licensed psychologist, therapist, or counselor. Our work is strictly forward-looking, focused on optimizing function, clarity, and direction.
