Coaching Services

Coaching isn’t remedial. The people I work with are capable, driven, and doing demanding work well. What brings them here is usually a sense that their capability and their direction have drifted apart, that they’re executing at a high level without being sure the level is pointed where they want to go.

The work is about building the clarity and the internal systems to close that gap.

How the work is structured

Free Initial Evaluation: 20 minutes, free

A short conversation to see whether this approach is a good match for you.

Applied Motivation & Performance: 50-minute sessions, $175 per session

For individuals navigating specific transitions, building sustainable routines, or seeking structured alignment across work and life. These sessions draw directly on Systematic Motivational Counseling to dismantle friction and build routines that hold under real pressure. Best for people with high clarity who need a scientific framework to optimize execution and sustain long-term performance.

Advanced Motivational Restructuring: $450 onboarding, then $225 per session

A comprehensive, metrics-driven deep dive that uncovers the hidden, competing values driving your behavior and emotional responses. It includes specialized psychometric evaluations and personalized motivational mapping based on the LEAP framework to assess your baseline energy distribution and core drivers. Best for those experiencing a persistent sense that something is off despite external success, or anyone facing highly consequential life and career pivots.

What we work on

Motivation and direction

Reconnecting with what actually drives you, and turning that into goals that hold. This draws directly on LEAP and Systematic Motivational Counseling: structured methods for understanding how your goals, values, and emotional responses fit together, rather than relying on willpower or generic goal-setting advice.

Sustained performance

Operating at a high level over years rather than sprints. This means understanding where your energy actually goes, what your environment demands of you by default, and how to build routines that hold under real pressure, not just in a calm week.

Decisions and transitions

Thinking clearly through consequential choices: a role change, a company decision, moving from building things yourself to leading people who build them, or a shift in what you want your working life to be. These decisions are rarely limited by information. They’re limited by competing values, and that’s tractable work.

Alignment

Bringing work, relationships, health, and personal life into an arrangement you’d actually choose, rather than one that accumulated. This is often what people mean when they say things are going well but something feels off.

What makes this different

Most coaching draws on the coach’s own experience. Mine draws on two decades of published research into how motivation and behavior change actually work: a PhD in Psychology, postdoctoral research, and the development of LEAP, a motivational-restructuring method taught internationally.

That means the methods have been tested, and that we can be specific about why an approach should work for you rather than hoping it does.

It also comes from direct experience. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across different backgrounds, cultures, and goals.
